no, i dont plan on reinstalling the intercooler later, because heres the deal :
previously :
CRV pulley + stepper pulley = 15 psi
15 psi + intercooler = 11 psi (due to intercooler)
so, to get higher boost levels with the intercooler, i would have to have the following:
19 psi + intercooler = 15 psi intercooled.
now im not that stupid to swap out the charger pulley to get more boost, ie. ( 19 psi)
because i know the charger will crap out at 19 psi.
so, my only options are :
15 psi unintercooled or 11 psi intercooled.
11 psi seems more safe, 15 psi is more fun!!
you make the call.
btw, i have a digital camera, ill post a video if someone tells me how. ill show the boost gauge, the motor, rpms, etc..
i just dont know what website i can use to host a video ???
i usually use picturetrail to host my photos, but it wont work with videos.

ok, then give me an approximation on when the blades with be blown into tiny pieces.
ive been runnin the blower at these speeds for over a month now.And this includes highway top end runs also.if the blades will eventually shred into pieces over a year or so, who gives a flying fudge ? if i wanted reliablilty, i wouldn't have done anything to the motor in the 1st place. i want G's baby, G's.my car idles better than a fuggin new 2002 integra. you better have alot of money to pay off your bets, cuz ya gonna lose um'.

Just wondering, is the m45 blower temp. the same
with the m62 spinning at 6psi?

The intake temps should be different between the m45 and m62 blowers simple because the m62 is 50% bigger, therefore it spins slower to create the same psi, therefore reducing intake temps.

I'm with SC HYBRID on this. Spin that bastard like that and experiment with it until that sumbitch explodes.....(if it ever does)

Now taking bets on how long that blower lasts...
I've probably mentioned this before but my boss was previously the engineering manager at Magnusen superchargers and he said basically every time someone put an Eaton blower above 12 psi, it would frag in very short order. The rotors just run way too hot.

here's what too much boost on a M62 will do:

See all that crap stuck on the manafold where the air from the blower hits? Yeah thats all metal shavings and blower oil all stuck to it. And think where the rest of that crap goes...right inside your engine. This same stuff is what recked a friend engine. He thought the blower could keep boosting, however it just killed his engine from all the crap that the blower shreaded off. If you run at a lower boost setting where the blower isn't killing itself, it will make more power then it would with more boost. When the blower is over boosted besides the heat killing it, the blower just runs out of breath. The air becomes all turbulant and gets all messed up which in turn will hurt power. Down low the car might feel ok, however thats just trq your feeling. Once it starts to rev up the blower will just kill itself.
